Because each piece we create is a custom, one-of-a-kind artwork, we do not offer refunds once the commission is in progress or completed. as its custom therefore cannot be resold, However, we strive to exceed your expectations and offer minor touch ups to the artwork if it does not meet your initial requirements. Additionally, please note that the excuse "it doesn't look like my pet" is invalid due to the nature of it being a painting and not a photograph. this is why the image you choose is very important, If a satisfactory compromise cannot be reached, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your portrait and we will work with you to find a resolution. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we value the trust you place in our artistic services.
