Refund policy - Each pet portrait is lovingly hand-painted and completely custom-made. As such, I am unable to offer refunds once work has begun. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind creation based on your pet, your photos, and your preferences — which means it cannot be resold or reused.
However, i do want you to be happy with your portrait. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and ill do my best to resolve it, including offering minor touch ups where possible
What image is recommended- clear, close up well lit images that you believe truly capture your pet, avoid angles and focus of a more forward facing image for the best results. I do my utmost to create a likeness of your beloved pet using the photos and notes you provide. That said, all portraits are hand-painted interpretations, not photo-perfect replicas. There will always be a natural element of artistic style involved.
I do not offer refunds if the final artwork does not match expectations due to differences in artistic interpretation — but we’re always open to kind, constructive conversations if you are genuinely unhappy.
Damaged items
Please note: I personally hand-paint every portrait, but many of the items I paint onto (like keyrings, purses, wallets, or cases) are sourced from trusted suppliers. This means that while I am responsible for the artwork, I don’t manufacture the physical products themselves.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of:
The damaged item
The packaging
Any defects or issues
From there, I’ll work with you to find the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, a partial refund, or another fix. I always want you to feel happy with your purchase, even if the fault lies with a supplier or the courier.
