Refund policy
Each pet portrait is lovingly hand-painted and completely custom-made. As such, I am unable to offer refunds once work has begun. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind creation based on your pet, your photos, and your preferences — which means it cannot be resold or reused.
However, i do want you to be happy with your portrait. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and ill do my best to resolve it, including offering minor touch ups where possible
Natural products.
Our wood slices are made of natural wood therefore overtime changes can happen your wood slice may split and crack, unfortunately there is nothing I can do as this is just what can happen as it’s a natural product.
