What image is best?
I always recommend forward-facingI always recommend forward-facing, close-up images of your pets in high-quality, preferably natural light. This captures your dog’s genuine colours.
However, I understand that access to images can be tricky, especially if they’re gifts or if the dog has passed away. In such cases, honestly choose a clear image that you feel best represents your pet.
I would also try to steer clear of angles, as they can be captured slightly differently, just like in a painting.
Refund policy
Each pet portrait is lovingly hand-painted and completely custom-made. As such, I am unable to offer refunds once work has begun. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind creation based on your pet, your photos, and your preferences — which means it cannot be resold or reused.
However, i do want you to be happy with your portrait. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and ill do my best to resolve it, including offering minor touch ups where possible
