Refund policy
Each pet portrait is lovingly hand painted and completely custom made. As such, I am unable to offer refunds once work has begun. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind creation based on your pet, your photos, and your preferences, which means it cannot be resold or reused.
However, i do want you to be happy with your portrait. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and I’ll do my best to resolve it, including offering minor touch ups where possible.
