Please ensure the photos you upload are as clear as possible in all areas. Anything blurred will be difficult to capture. Please also take into account their position I would recommend a full body position of them sitting rather than standing.
These are paper portraits, so they will need to be framed. Frames are not included.
What image is best to choose
With our full body portraits, I recommend choosing a clear image of your dog that captures all aspects of their body. I would preferably recommend an image of them sitting down but if you would rather them standing up please make sure all their paws are seen in the image.
Refund policy
Each pet portrait is lovingly hand-painted and completely custom-made. As such, I am unable to offer refunds once work has begun. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind creation based on your pet, your photos, and your preferences — which means it cannot be resold or reused.
However, i do want you to be happy with your portrait. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and ill do my best to resolve it, including offering minor touch ups where possible
