A customer will be purchasing this item because they have a requested a custom one of kind order.
This is not refundable once the item has been painted and especially once it’s been shipped.
Commission listing policy
All item ordered from a commission listing are special request items. These can not be refunded.
My work is custom to your designs and hours of work are taken to create it. You will receive images and videos of the piece you’ve ordered before it’s dispatched to ensure you’re happy.
If you’re unhappy I will work further more to adjust your order where you are happy.
It’s not eligible for a refund.
